Ingredients:
Pehchaan Amla Powder – ½ tsp
Pehchaan Giloy Powder – ½ tsp
Pehchaan Cinnamon Powder – ¼ tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Water – 2 cups
Method:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add the Amla, Giloy, and Cinnamon powders.
Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a cup.
Allow to cool slightly, then stir in the honey before drinking warm.
