A simple, savory potato side dish for your daily lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
Boiled Potatoes – 3 (cubed)
Pehchaan Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Pehchaan Onion Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander – for ga ish
Method:
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the cubed boiled potatoes and fry for 2–3 minutes until they start to tu light golden.
Reduce heat to low. Add all the spice powders (Garlic, Onion, Turmeric, Red Chilli, and Salt).
Mix well gently, ensuring all the potatoes are coated with the spice mixture. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Ga ish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
Best Paired With: Roti, Paratha, or as a side for Dal–Rice.
